Vicky Balch, 21, from Grismargh near Preston, Lancashire has defended her decision to pose in racy underwear, hitting back at suggestions that she's making money from the accident.

The young model released images from the shoot, which saw her posing seductively in Anne Summers underwear, to a newspaper on Sunday and has received criticism on social media.

After seeing tweets suggesting that she was 'milking' her fame, the accident victim issued an angry riposte on Twitter, saying: 'Funny how I get accused of 'milking' the media...you do realise the media come to me and ask me to do it.
‏ 'It's kinda sad that she takes her clothes off because she thinks she'll be more accepted.'
