AFIA SCHWARZENZGGER REFUSES TO PAY HER HOUSE RENT

Police were called to a chaotic scene at the house Afia Schwarzenegger is said to have been occupying illegally at Haatso this morning—an eye witness told GhanaCelebrities.Com.

A few days ago, UK based-Godson Yaw Boakye stated in an interview with GhanaCelebrities.Com explained how Afia Schwarzenegger has over stayed her welcome in his property—2 months stay he granted her to help her find a place when her Landlady secured a court eviction order to kick her out has painfully turned to a 3 year stay.

WILL IT BE POSSIBLE TO GET GAS? I DON'T THINK SO - ENERGY MINISTER EMMANUAL ARMAH

Government has insisted that the cause of the erratic power supply is down to vandalism in Nigeria and not debts owed to gas supplier, West African Gas Pipeline company (WAPco).
Energy Minister Emmanuel Armah Kofi-Buah maintained on Joy FM's Super Morning Show Monday morning, government has no problems with WAGPco in terms of payments.
A resurgent power crisis has put government under pressure after it appeared to have petered out in the beginning of the year.
A possible explanation surfaced after a letter from the managers of the 678 kilometer pipeline company began circulating in the media.
The letter, dated June 16, says there is “non-payment of the sum of US$101.736 million” overdue invoices.
WAPco letter
WAGPco outlined three conditions to be met before gas supply is restored. It wants a security that future services will be paid for and an acceptable plan of paying previous debts plus immediate payment of $25million.
WAGPco warned that it may suspend the transportation of gas by 17 June 2016.

I ENGAGED IN SEX WORK AT THE AGE OF 13

13-year-old Blessing Bassey Okon was living with her grandmother in Akwa Ibom when a stranger visited them, offering to employ the teenager and lessen stress for the older woman who could barely feed herself and the child.

Blessing’s mother had remarried after her father died and left her in the care of her grandmother.

But in Calabar, the aunty who claimed she sold bags of rice forced Blessing into prostitution with a threat that she would let the child go hungry if she refused to do her bidding.

MAN AND WOMAN WHO IS A CHEATER

Yes, every husband needs a girlfriend, not another woman but the girl part of the wife he once fell in love with.

You may buy a new lock made of steel, with its keys. The key doesn’t spoil the lock nor vice versa but over the years, the environment and factors such as dirt, rain, change in weather, etc may cause the lock to rust. So its important to oil and maintain it.

A similar fate occurs in our relationships. You get married to that young, fun, adventurous girlfriend. As time goes on, most ladies assume that once they earn the title of a wife, no more work is required. It even gets worse when she starts bearing children.

That thought is a lie, Marriage is work dear. You will need to work on your marriage. Remember the things he first fell in love with, things about you that captured his heart and attracted him like a magnet; what did this man see in you?

YOUTH ARE NOT INDISCIPLINE

Archbishop Emeritus of the Kumasi Catholic Archdiocese Most Reverend Peter Akwasi Sarpong is worried over the level of indiscipline that has caught up with the current crop of youth in the country.

‘It’s simple that the youth are not disciplined. They give in to all kinds of weaknesses and one of them is the sin of sexual immorality we know that it’s not good”, he said.

According to him, checks and balances that used to exist to whip erring youth in line have been discarded over time in the name of modernity which is why society has been bedevilled with various ills involving the youth.

He emphasized that the engagement of the youth in armed robbery, prostitution, vandalism, lesbianism, gayism and rioting among others could be directly attributed to these things.

“In the past there were certain checks and balances in the society and which frowned upon certain sins like sins of immorality and prevented people from committing crimes. It helped the youth to keep clean like puberty rights (Biragro). Every girl wanted to have puberty rights and if you didn’t have your puberty rights you commit Kyiribra
